The Watch
.
Heuer really did smash it out of the Park with the dials in the Barrel cased Carrera series. This version has one of the most attractive dials that Heuer made, with it’s wonderful metallic blue Côtes de Genève detailing. It works so well with the orange handset too.
.
This extremely handsome Carrera was so highly thought of by Heuer, that it graced the cover of their 1974 Chronograph Catalogue, chosen over models such as Autavia, Montreal, Silverstone and even the Monaco!! The Watch also featured in an Italian catalogue that was promoting the Heuer-Ferrari partnership in F1 motorsport, alongside the ChronoSplit and Daytona.
.
The driving force of this Heuer Carrera is the automatic chronograph calibre 12 - the successor to the famous Calibre 11.The chrono pushers are the original steel ones on the right side of the case, with the winding crown situated on the left side of the case – we love the balanced look of this.
